Use this for the older Windows client. Confirm that CJSC has already configured the recorder for cloud access.
Open your cloud account
- Go to Device Management.
- Choose Add New Device Type.
- Enable PT Cloud Device and confirm.
- Select that device type, then choose Login.
- Sign in with the account assigned to your installation.
The historical setup also offered registration by email or phone, followed by verification. Do not create a second account if an existing one owns your recorder.
Add only your authorized device
After login, Add Device requests the recorder’s serial number and device verification code. Obtain these from your authorized installation records or CJSC. A device verification code is not the email/SMS registration code.
