The older client may switch to sub stream when several cameras are displayed.
Prevent the automatic switch
- Open Tool → System Configuration.
- Select Image.
- Clear Auto-Change Stream Type.
- Save and check the live view.
Main stream increases the load on the computer and connection. If pictures become choppy, restore automatic switching or display fewer cameras.
This setting concerns client viewing. It is not an instruction to change recorder recording quality.
