Have the recorder connection details supplied by CJSC ready. The client login and recorder login may differ.
Add the recorder
- Open Device Management from the Control Panel.
- Choose Add and the IP/DOMAIN method.
- Enter the supplied address, port and recorder credentials, then add the device.
- Check Group for its cameras.
- If necessary, create a named group and use Import to select cameras.
- Return to Main View and open cameras from the group.
If connection fails
Confirm the address and credentials with CJSC. Do not guess ports or change router settings. Cloud-connected installations use the separate PT Cloud workflow.
