Troubleshooting Common NVMS V3 Viewing Errors

Interpret common NVMS V3 viewing errors and gather useful details for CJSC support.

Start with the exact error

Record the code, camera name, client version, and whether the issue affects live viewing or playback.

  • 1: Check the device username and password.
  • 2: The device account lacks permission.
  • 7: The client could not connect to the device.
  • 91 or 404: Check whether the camera supports the selected stream.
  • 153: The account is locked; stop repeated login attempts and contact CJSC.
  • 800: Available device bandwidth has been exhausted.

When multi-camera viewing fails

The LTS FAQ suggests checking automatic stream switching under System Configuration → Image for error 91, then choosing a stream the device supports.

For choppy or blurred viewing, check the graphics driver through the computer manufacturer’s supported update process. Reduce simultaneous cameras while troubleshooting.

Ask CJSC before changing streaming-server ports or internal configuration files. Those are installation-specific fixes.
